Shipments and returns

Shipment of your orders:

Packages are generally dispatched within two days after receipt of payment and are shipped via local courier (Cyprus), post, or EMS Courier with tracking and drop-off signature, depending on your selected shipping method. If you prefer delivery by FedEx, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. For EMS Courier or FedEx courier, we will provide you with a link and tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage costs. Handling/packing fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and of course your selected mode of transportation. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two or more separate orders and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Should there be a problem with your order (e.g. shipping of other than the ordered product) please contact us at to co-ordinate the return and replacement with the correct product or the crediting of your account with an amount equal to the value of the returned product. Returns are accepted only for unopened products in good condition and only after an authorisation for returned has been provided, Your account will be credited after receipt and inspection of the product to be returned.
